Life presents endless opportunities for movement. From sports and hobbies to everyday activities like playing with your kids, the human body is made to move. But moving well doesn’t just happen—it takes mindful effort to move well and keep moving well. Building strength through full ranges of motion, refining motor control, and mastering movement patterns can transform how you feel and perform every day. That’s why I focus on creating functional strength you can trust on the field, in the home, and in every aspect of your life.

My fitness journey began at 13 when I joined a gym to build strength and confidence. After sustaining major hip and spine injuries as a high school athlete, my focus soon shifted to moving without pain and trusting my body again. That’s when I immersed myself in anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and gerontology, earning my BS in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco. I learned that the key isn’t avoiding difficult movements—it’s mastering them with precision and adapting them to your body’s needs.

I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from athletes aiming to improve performance to busy professionals balancing fitness with a hectic schedule—helping them achieve their unique movement, strength, and body composition goals. My approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a plan that fits your life, goals, and pace.

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Certified Functional Strength Coach (MBSC), and Certified Personal Trainer (ACE). These credentials allow me to provide a well-rounded, evidence-based approach, tailored to each individual’s needs.

Strength training is essential, but true strength isn’t perfectly measured by the weights you lift—it’s about how you use your body to move, perform, and enjoy life to the fullest. Whether you're new to the gym, a seasoned lifter, or anywhere in between, I’m here to guide you toward resilience, confidence, and lasting strength.
